Bad debts are deducted from debtors.
Sometimes someone debtor can return previously written-off bad debts.
This amount may be whole or partial.
It is credited in the profit and loss account.

INSOLVENT टाट पल्टिनु
When an individual or organization cannot pay debts to lenders due to fewer assets and more liabilities, person or company submits an application at the court for insolvent. The court appoints an adjudicator. The adjudicator sells entire assets and pays off to the creditors in ratio proportion.
