I have the privilege of #mentoring lots of people in multiple realms. They sometimes get opportunities, doors crack open, grass appears greener. One thing I’ve found to be true - at least when I get in a position to consider the question of big fish small pond or small fish big pond for myself is : the place I am called to be is where I can serve the “biggest” and add the most value - that is not always what other people see as “big” - but I am always told the difference between who and what I am serving with each step - my job is to listen and choose wisely. #iwant2CUSoar #serve #serveoneanother
