Training with Tara has kicked off! We are doing 8 weeks of clean eating and consistent exercising to become our most fit, happy, confident selves! This 8 week challenge is to teach me discipline, dedication, and mental motivation. You guys can totally do it with me or just watch to see what I accomplish in these 8 weeks! I know I don't need to lost weight but this challenge is mostly about leaning out and toning up by body and also shedding an inch or so off my waist. Everyone has different fitness goals so organize this challenge to suit yours!!!
