1 John 2:29
'If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him. '

What do you do when Christians don’t act like Christians? How do we deal with people who say they follow Jesus but don’t do anything to prove it?

Jesus said we would be known by our fruit. John is challenging us here. John is saying that if you are a Christian, you are going to look like one. If you are a follower of Jesus, you should look like Jesus.

You may be struggling, or discouraged, or even cynical. But God is not done with you!

Lord, let us know that You are with us and that You are for us, even when we are struggling. Help us to know You. Produce fruit in our lives. Amen.
