Magistrate who gave Governor Waititu bail wins case in court

The High Court has ordered the reinstatement of magistrate Bryan Khaemba, who Chief Justice David Maraga suspended for granting anticipatory bail to Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu under questionable circumstances.
