Boards measure 1" x 3 3/4" and 1" x 5 1/8". For a pallet with a 1 inch reveal, for the width, add one inch to the measurement of the board of your choice on both ends, and for the height, measure 1 inch for each board you are using for the front, plus 1 inch per board at both the top and bottom. for a 2 inch reveal, add 2 inches to each side, etc...
