I discuss how to know what your breasts are like normally AND to be confident to pick up the early signs of breast cancer. Knowing the signs can help you pick them up early. Picking up cancers early, helps save lives. I show you on a live model, how simple it is to do a self-breast check in just a few minutes.

Helen Addis, producer on the ITV Lorraine show, picked up breast cancer early by checking her breasts. Helen created ITV's #ChangeandCheck national campaign. It was launched with the purpose of encouraging people to regularly carry out self-breast check examinations.
