Of course, we’re all over the top excited to see Kit Harrington is going to be joining the cast of The Eternals movie, but his character isn’t exactly an immortal member of the group. But could the story of the legendary Black Knight start out with our hero Dane Whitman tracing the lineage of his Ebony Blade? According to this fan theory, it may have been made by Phastos, who is known for creating insanely powerful items. In the comic books, Dane has a relationship with Sersi but could that be too much to pack into one movie? Since things don’t happen on the big screen exactly like they do in the source material, could the sword once owned by Nathan Garrett have a very different backstory? And what does this mean for our heroes future in Phase Four and in the world beyond Avengers: Endgame?
