03. Avoid Intake of caffeine

So try to have decaffeinated tea, fruit teas and fruit juices

04. Drink Enough Water

08. Avoid Alcohol

Drinking a little amount of alcohol can create many big problem in pregnancy

Alcohol can also cause birth abnormalities
