Who knew sleep could have such incredible results for your overall health. Without proper rest, even if you're sleeping 7-8 hours a night, you're creating long term damage to your cells and that can lead to an array of diseases.

Here in this video together with @LeonTheAlchemist, we're sharing information and simple tips to help you learn how to sleep (funny that this skill isn't often taught by anyone).

All of us creatives need all the brain power we can get - sleep can help as well as helping with mental clarity, helping limit anxiety and depression. All of the things that can get in our way of a fulfilled life.
