Videos can use content-based copyright law contains reasonable use Fair Use ( A HIGH-SPEED power boat trying to set a speed record crashed into an artificial reef in the Venetian Lagoon killing three.   The crew led by 76-year-old Italian businessman Fabio Buzzi, a power boat world champion, was attempting to set a record time in a stretch from Monaco to Venice.  Mr Buzzi died with the other two pilots, one also believed to be Italian and another thought to be Dutch.  Corriere della Sera daily reported they had been racing for 18 hours and 32 minutes last night when the accident occurred.  Organisers said the boat was travelling at speeds of 92mph when it crashed into a flood barrier which is made up of large boulders.  Mr Buzzi designed and built power boats with his FB Design company and had been racing since 1960, setting multiple records including a long-distance record for the New York-Bermuda stretch in 2012.  A fourth member of the crew, an Italian, was thrown overboard and survived, firemen said.  We pay for your stories!
