Breaking News: The California Secretary of State moves to dismiss our case claiming that it has no obligation to ensure that only citizens are registered to vote.

In addition, the League of Women Voters and a couple of other left leaning groups have asked the judge to join the lawsuit in order to assist the state in ensuring that no one checks citizenship prior to registering a potential voter.
