Make sure you don't have the schematic you want to recycle already stored in your collection book.

1. Recycle a full-legendary perked schematic. After the newest update it will send it to your collection book after recycling.

2. Go to your collection book and unslot the schematic for 20 vbucks.

3. Go back to your schematics and guess what, the unslotted schematic comes with full-legendary perks. You can repeat the steps as often as you want.
