This video and the linked spreadsheet (below) has been created for my GCSE Design and Technology students. "You have paid a fixed fee (£5.00) to the school to cover all materials and components to build your product. You are expected to create a detailed bill of materials that lists these parts and their costs. You will need to watch this video and refer to the linked spreadsheet to get the actual cost prices and understand what a bill of materials might include."
