बीते रविवार, 5 जनवरी को कुछ नकाबपोश लोग जेएनयू कैंपस में घुस आए और छात्रों को बर्बर तरीके से पीटा. साथ ही उपद्रवियों ने विभिन्न हॉस्टलों में तोड़फोड़ भी की. इस हिंसा में जेएनयू छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष आइशी घोष समेत कुल 35 से अधिक लोग घायल हुए हैं. इस पूरे घटनाक्रम पर द वायर के पत्रकार अविचल दुबे ने छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष आइशी घोष से बातचीत की.
