Back to a VLOG of training. It feels like forever since we have done one of these. Good to be back home from the mayhem classic, took a few days, and now we are pumped to be training again. Love the aspect around training, and the team. Love that you guys can be part of it!

We hit a quick warm up for the entire body. If you haven't done singles in a long time. Do them, they are difficult!! We also HIT A LEG PUMP after our workout so make sure to watch the entire thing and let us know if you try them out! It is absolutely killer!
