It had to have been months since he was able to lift his back legs up like this since does deep mats on his undercarriage were so restricting his movement. I adopted this seven month old Persian kitten from someone who didn't want him anymore and who clearly had not want sever combed or brushed him. Thankfully despite his neglect he's a super friendly, sociable to other cats and Incredibly lovable and playful little kitten.
