bad braces update - reading of report from consultant

so I received the copy of the report from the consultant today.

it basically went over what was mentioned on the day I went to see them, however the report highlighted TMD - jaw problems, where I said i never had any issues before braces. Meaning the braces have causes a problem.
The consultant also mentioned that people have braces to fix TMD problems, so shouldn't this TMD (if I have that) be getting better?
There was no mention of me leaving before going back to discuss the X-rays suggesting the orthodontist and consultant spoke over the phone.
The report highlights issues of fitting back braces onto a tooth with a wisdom tooth.
The report details how an overbite/overjet had been corrected.. I never had one in the first place. It mentions Class 2 left side canines, to have class 2 elastics fitted to sort the treatment, upper right canine is class 1 and centre line discrepancy.
So overall this doesn't seem like the brace work was going well - if a consultant had to pick up on these issues for the orthodontist to fix.

the consultant finished the letter to say to 'complete the treatment in a timely fashion' - highlighting that it has taken too long!!
