Coronavirus outbreak: COVID-19 cases spike on quarantined cruise ship docked in Japan

The new strain of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, has spread on the quarantined Diamond Princess cruise ship in Yokohama, Japan, infecting 218 passengers, including 12 Canadians.
