INGREDIENTS
• 500g flour
• 5g yeast
• 10g sugar
• 300ml warm water
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp flour
sesame
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead well and let rise.
Mix two tablespoons of flour with two tablespoons of hot oil.
Roll out the dough and grease with a mixture of flour and butter.
Twist the cake roll. Cut into 6 pieces.
Form a cake from each part. Sprinkle one side with sesame seeds and roll.
Fold in the shape of a triangle.
Fry the triangles in a pan from all sides.
