Guide for Open Wheel - In Due Course is the fastest route and strategy I've found which can be both fast and consistent in public races as well as hotlapping.
There's nothing really special to this one aside from keeping your momentum as high as possible throughout the track, and maybe conserving a bit of boost as I did here for the final push down the start/finish straight.
