Become an owner of a VR Game Truck: So your trailer is getting delivered? What to ask for?
1) A delivery company, even if that is the company that built the trailer, usually has one goal. Get it over to you as fast as possible, get your signature and get lost.
2) Companies get paid per delivery, so the faster they get it to you the better for them. They can take another job and move on.
3) I was in the trucking business and car transport business, here is what I learned and what you should do if your trailer is getting delivered to you.
1) Request Still pictures from the build company. Clear front/ back sides/ under belly / top / generator/ internal/ seating / tvs. Transport company is responsible for damages and this is proof of trailer condition. One copy goes to Transport Company and one to you.
2) Request video of everything turning on, each station
3) Request video of generator turning on and off
4) All light turning on and off internal and external
5) Clear video of the under belly of the trailer. If a beam is hit and you don’t know about it, once the transport company goes you approved it that’s it.

7) I would not sign off on the trailer delivery until I verify condition first.
When That trailer is delivered you are excited and happy. Contain yourself and do a thorough inspection. If there is a problem call the build company, do not let the transport company go and figure out who will pay for damage, how long it will take.
