Even I have paid fine for speeding: Nitin Gadkari on new traffic fines

Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari praises traffic system; says nobody will be spared in the current system. He said that on his recent visit to Mumbai one of his vehicles was penalised for overspeeding.
