We need to give up ourselves in the work of our Lord, to bring all unto Christ, to create the conditions where Zion can be and wherein the Lord can return. When our hearts are united in the song of the Lord, we will rejoice. What are these conditions?: 1. The city of our God should have conditions such that men, women, and children will be able to hear and respond to the Spirit.
2. The city of our God should witness to the citizens who live there and to those of the earth, of the saving grace and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
3. The city of our God should reveal the aspects of Godly living for which we were created by, by the creator (love, charity, creating surplus, compassion, self-sacrifice).
4. The city of our God should be a place where the Son of God may reside.
5. The city of our God should bolster up, educate, and strengthen those who are called to go out to minister to others.
6. The aspects of the city of our God should be where the will of God is lived out.
7. The city of our God should be a place of justice, mercy, and ministry to the broken-hearted.
8. The city of our God should possess the vision that is not shared by the crowds.
9. The city of our God should have a strength and a conviction, not common among the ordinary, and refuses to yield to a lesser purpose.
10. The city of our God should be where those things of this earth, that are good for his (you and me) spiritual well being and growth, can be put before his/her eyes and ears that uplift and point that person towards God.
